Shipping Policy
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via standard priority mail. (We do not currently offer Express Shipping or International Shipping).
For local pick up orders, an email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick up at the taproom. Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received this notification.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it back to us for an exchange of equal value or refund (less all shipping charges). All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition. Please contact us prior to returning your order at info@bentpaddlebrewing.com and include your name and order number. Exchanges can also be made through the mail, or in our taproom. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to an exchange.
