Welcome to another year of the Duluth Rocky Rumble! We are excited to host another awesome enduro race in beautiful Duluth, Minnesota! This exciting event is designed to challenge the most skilled riders, offering an exhilarating experience amidst the rugged beauty of the Northwoods.
This year we are happy to announce that in addition to the advance category we will also have an intermediate category that will ride on mostly blue rated trails with a few short sections of black rated trails.
We also have junior categories for those 18 and under who wish to compete against only other juniors. Juniors are also welcome in the other categories if they want compete for the overall categories.
All proceeds from this event go right back to COGGS, come out and support the trails!

The Duluth News Tribune said it best - "This truck, the shape and color of a cut of sharp cheddar, takes the comfort food classic and swaps out Wonder Bread in favor of a homemade loaf. Kevin White, who owns the truck with his partner Breanna Emond, estimates that he makes 40-50 loaves of Italian bread per week.

The menu changes occasionally, and sandwiches range from traditional-ish (four cheese grilled cheese), to traditional-ish with protein, (buffalo chicken grilled cheese), to the ultimate in nuevo grilled cheese flavors (spinach artichoke)."

Yonder is an emerging Minneapolis-based Alt-Americana band with a heavy edge. Leading ladies Hattie Peach (violin, vocals) and Emma Jeanne (rhythm guitar, vocals) began experimenting as co-writers in their Duluth dorm room years ago. Peach’s heartfelt folk storytelling and Jeanne’s punk rock sensibilities harmoniously blend in their writing. Joined by Oliver Gerber (Lapdogs) on lead guitar, Dylan Hilliker (Greentop) on drums, and Calvin Carrison (Big Delicious) on bass, Yonder fuses influences from their previous local projects into a fresh, eclectic sound. They’re set to soon release their debut EP, Momento Mori.

Dyed in Bleach is the Northlands Nirvana Tribute band. Robert Wonderlich, Peter Anderson, Brett Dixon, and Liana Sweezer come together to bring you the #1 ultimate Nirvana experience.

Kevin White, who owns the truck with his partner Breanna Emond, estimates that he makes 40-50 loaves of Italian bread per week.

The menu changes occasionally, and sandwiches range from traditional-ish (four cheese grilled cheese), to traditional-ish with protein, (buffalo chicken grilled cheese), to the ultimate in nuevo grilled cheese flavors (spinach artichoke)."

Please join us for “Cheers to Chester”, a party thrown by Ski Hut for Chester Bowl at Bent Paddle. This event is raising money for Growing Up Chester, Chester Bowl’s fundraising campaign to expand and renovate the Thom Storm Chalet. With the recently announced $2.3 million in funding through the State LCCMR recommendation, Chester Bowl is 85% of the way to a fully funded project! Will you help us get to the finish line?
The event, held between 6 and 9pm on Thursday, September 26th, features live music from Boxcar, beverages available for purchase from Bent Paddle, and food available for purchase from the Rambler.
You can also win a e-bike and more! We are raising money at this event by selling raffle tickets. Ski Hut has donated TONS of prizes including a grand prize of an e-bike! The more $10 tickets you buy, the greater your chance to win, all while giving to a good cause! Plus, buying tickets could give you BOGO cards and other perks at Bent Paddle. According to state law, tickets can be purchased by cash or check only. Bent Paddle does have a cash machine on site.
Can’t make the event? You can buy your tickets in advance from Ski Hut (first date available still TBD and Bent Paddle perks only available at the event), and you do not need to be present to win.
Last year’s event raised just over $5,000; can we top it this year? Every dollar raised goes to the upcoming Chalet expansion and renovation! Ski Hut has also donated $30,000 to Growing Up Chester- thank you Ski Hut for your generosity!
